RED JET CAFE: Red Jet is a new concept from The Gilmore Collection, focusing on free trade organic specialty coffee service, fresh fruit smoothies, wood-fired pizzas, and Grand Rapid’s most authentic crepe selection. The Crepes are phenomenal with both savory and sweet selections. Try the Bananas Foster, Apples Monte Carlo or Mu Shu Pork. Equal parts coffee house and bistro, Red Jet resides inside what used to be the Creston Library, and is classically beautiful with fresh new overtones like hip modern art and an engagingly modern decor. The wood-fired pizza menu is vast and includes several options for the adventurous diner. There is also a nice selection of traditional entrees and Craft Artisan Bakery goodies.
