ABOUT: Mi Tierra on Kedzie Ave is a family owned Mexican restaurant serving the Little Village Community since 1983. Our customers come from near and far! We provide an authentic Mexican menu with a variety of traditional as well as seafood, chicken and steak items. Our signature dish is the “parrillada”, (Spanish for grill) which is a table-top grill piled high with a variety of marinated and grilled meats. For a special treat, you can order the deluxe grill with our succulent giant shrimp smothered with garlic and butter (al mojo de ajo). Accompany your meal with an ice cold bucket filled with bottles of your favorite Mexican beer (try it like a real Mexican with “Clamato” juice) or our home made refreshing margaritas and sangria prepared with “Sauza” tequila.
