   My mom and I went to eat here before shopping a few Saturadays ago. She had a gift certificate and thought we would try the place out. I’m always seeing coupons for the place in various newspapers.

   There are two sections to the restaurant. Most of the main tables are in the bar area and around 8 tables are in a section adjacent to that where the salad bar was housed. It looked like another section which was roped off was available also. I almost felt like I was in someone’s tasteful living room with the brick and wood walls, pictures, lamp, carpeting and corner chair.

   They had a special going a steakburger and endless fries with a soda for $6.99. We both ordered that and while waiting for the food I quickly checked out the salad bar. Standard stuff here. Mixed lettuce with toppings , potato and macaroni salad and coleslaw and 2 different soups.

   The burgers were quite large with good flavor and a nice bun. The burgers had crispier edges which I love. You can’t beat a good grilled bar burger. The fries were bag fries but crispy and hot. Another plus with me. I would definately recommend going for lunch here. Fast food can’t compare and the prices are about the same as a combo from McDonalds.
