ABOUT: Mi Tierra on Kedzie Ave is a family owned Mexican restaurant serving the Little Village Community since 1983. Our customers come from near and far! We provide an authentic Mexican menu with a variety of traditional as well as seafood, chicken and steak items. Our signature dish is the “parrillada”, (Spanish for grill) which is a table-top grill piled high with a variety of marinated and grilled meats. For a special treat, you can order the deluxe grill with our succulent giant shrimp smothered with garlic and butter (al mojo de ajo). Started over 20 years ago in Grand Rapids, the Sundance Grill now has two locations to serve you. The 28th Street location in the Esplanade Plaza is commonly known as “The Weekend Breakfast Place”, and has become popular for lunch and dinner as well. The Downtown location in the Trust Building has become the “power-lunch” place. The mayor, city councilpersons, bank presidents, corporate CEOs & the Who’s Who of Grand Rapids pack the downtown location. The Sundance Grill’s menu foundation consists of traditional American regional specialties, with Southwestern influences.
